The internet was set ablaze after MSNBC gave a platform to anti-Trump strategist Rick Wilson (co-founder, Lincoln Project) who stated a “bullet” needed to be put in Donald Trump. @amuse posted the video of his MSNBC interview on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The account also posted this statement about Wilson’s comments: “the problem with giving him a pass because he’s not making a specific threat is that he’s inspiring unstable Democrats to carry out an assassination.”
Wilson’s full sentence was, “The donor class can’t just sit back on the sidelines and say ‘oh well, don’t worry, this will all work itself out’ they’re still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump. That’s a fact.”...

Losers at Democratic Underground are claiming the guy was registered Republican and absolving themselves with that allegation. Nevermind that even if he was registered Republican, plenty of leftists register as Republican to run their own operation chaos.
I thought all the Lincoln Project people were sitting in jail for raping children.
The sourcing on that doesn’t seem the greatest, relying on anonymous internet claims.
I was not watching television and got the news from one of my brothers. However, my phone is set up for news alerts and I never got a news alert that President Trump was almost assassinated.

I wouldn’t believe if the FBI said water is wet. I don’t believe a damned thing from them about this. In fact, I believe they were in on it, knew the perp, and encouraged the whole thing. They are vile lying crooks with orders to destroy Trump and his supporters. The FIB are nothing more than swamp rat henchmen.
Reading other posts, I think it would suggest a scenario like this:
Government knows about him and recruits him. Government believes he can hit the target.
He knows where to place himself to shoot.
Secret Service knows he's there and watch him take aim.
If he is successful then Trump is eliminated, but so is the shooter.
If the shooter is not successful he dies anyway.
Crime and coverup.
They are already planning another attempt.
