Looks like mostly Pennsylvania State Police personnel hauling that person away, not Secret Service. May suggest the shooter was outside the secure perimeter.

You will get more honest reporting from the local police and law enforcement officials out there in western PA than from anyone in the U.S. government.
Looks like state cops not SS, and they would have had responsibility for the perimeter, etc
