Are there any legal experts out there that can weigh in?

Biden has publicly declared that he is staying in the race.

I believe he cannot legally be pressured to drop out because he IS mentally incompetent. The argument is; if he is in fact incompetent, he cannnot be pressured from the outside to make any contractual decisions. I think there are statutes in place to protect the vulnerable from being manipulated.

The 25th is their only way out from under him.
