Federal court halts Biden's Title IX regulations in four new states

Afederal court in Kansas on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration's Title IX regulations from taking effect in four states, becoming the latest court to stop the new controversial rules from taking effect in August.

The Department of Education's new rules expanded the definition of sex discrimination to include gender identity and pregnancy, and included a ban on single-sex bathroom and locker rooms. It also required schools to use pronouns based on a student's preferred gender identity. The new rules have now been stopped in 14 states as of Tuesday.

“Gender ideology does not belong in public schools and we are glad the courts made the correct call to support parental rights," Moms for Liberty founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich said in a statement shared with Just The News. "We will always stand up for the rights of parents and the protection of children.

All of this get so tiresome.

We’re supposed to be so careful about pronouns and all of that because we might offend someone.

But the liberal side never considers how many of us are offended by the whole pronoun thing , and how we’re supposed to call someone who is a man a woman, and we’re supposed to know about 50 plus gender identities.

And we are supposed to call mothers “birthing persons”.

We are supposed to call pregnant women “pregnant people”, because it is apparently a crime against humanity to suggest that anyone who is pregnant is by definition a woman.

This gets so crazy and some of the jokes write themselves, but the Liberals believe in this kind of crap.

The Department of Education's new rules ...

Reminder, Trump will terminate the Dept of Ed.

Former President Donald Trump revealed Saturday that he plans to shut down the Department of Education if he retakes the White House in 2024.

Axing the Department of Education is part of an education platform Mr. Trump will announce on March 13, he told reporters at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

“It’s time,” Mr. Trump said. “Close it up. When you look at the list of countries, we’re always at the bottom [on education]. We spend more money per pupil and we’re always at the bottom of a list of 40 countries. And we should close it up and let local areas, and frankly, states, handle education.”

My pronouns are "I" and "me."

This is the left not only controlling speech, but blocks of memory in the brain. I have enough problems remembering people's names, much less their pronouns. If I supposedly "blow it" by using the wrong word, not only am I a "hater," but am now subjected to conflict. This is a psychology that builds conflict into the entire society, one rooted into the deepest parts of the psyche. It is beyond evil.

Surely that wasn’t Biden’s idea, the poor old man almost doesn’t remember who he is; The idea came from special interest groups that took advantage of Biden’s mental condition to carry out that agenda.

I’ve gotten to where I just don’t address anyone I haven’t known for years, effectively becoming a mute of sorts. Very peaceful.

If we just made it Felony Child Abuse for any Public Employee or Officer of the Court Nationwide to send their minor children anywhere other than the Public School System for their primary education, none of this would ever happen.

It must be hard on bartenders.

When I was 40, the bartender asked...what'll it be Ma'am...My friend turned to me and said...remember when the bartender called you "honey".

> I will never use anyone’s ludicrous preferred pronouns.

Pronouns are trouble.

The times I need to interact with or refer to a trans person, I just use their last name (which usually hasn't been changed), or their title if they have one, or their new first name. Names and titles are changeable and I don't care, but sex is based on chromosomes.

It's a little clunky and it takes a bit of thought, but it avoids the entire "preferred pronouns" schit because no pronouns get used.

The second paragraph should be the names of the four states. But I can’t even find that in the article. The only thing I could glean is that Kansas is one of them.
