Which is the case of Trump v. U.S., No. 23-939 [Arg: 4.25.2024]

Those documents were removed from the Whitehouse to Mar A Lago while Trump was still President. There was absolutely no reason to believe that they were Top Secret documents within ANY of the boxes.

So did someone guess that there were Classified Documents within those boxes? And how would they know? And how many of them were actually still in effect?

“investigating a possibly stolen election is 100% an official act.”

Apparently so is making a perfect phone call to Ukraine. The first impeachment was based on an official act.

“Congress may not criminalize the President’s conduct in carrying out the responsibilities of the Executive Branch under the Constitution.”

Biden should be very grateful for this ruling. It will protect him from 4 years of crimes.

The court also notes in a footnote that the district court “if necessary” should consider whether two of the charges brought by Jack Smith against Trump in Washington, involving the obstruction of an official proceeding, can go forward in light of the court’s ruling last week in Fischer v. United States, narrowing the scope of that law.

YESSS!!!

quote “The court indicates that the president’s immunity for official acts “extends to the outer perimeter of the President’s official responsibilities, covering actions so long as they are not manifestly or palpably beyond his authority.”

And in determining what is or is not official conduct, “courts may not inquire into the President’s motives.”
An action is not unofficial, the court adds, just because “it allegedly violates a generally applicable law.”

Trump wins :)

LMAO

It won’t protect his son....And we got lucky that the judge recognized the sweet deal Hunter was originally given.

“...The court sends the case back to the district court for it to determine other things, such as “whether a prosecution involving Trump’s attempts to influence the Vice President’s oversight of the certification proceeding in his capacity as President of the Senate would pose any dangers of intrusion on the authority and functions of the Executive Branch...”

Does this leave room for further malicious prosecution of the President Trump?

Exactly. The whole point of prosecuting President Trump was to interfere in the 2024 elections; today’s decision defeats the core mission, making the whole exercise effectively pointless.

All this corrupt lawfare from demented Biden has come to a screeching stop. Never would have happened if we had a lucid President who realized what he was doing was WRONG.

Biden doesn’t even know where he is, he’s certainly not in charge of anything. This barrage of lawfare was planned and executed by those pulling Biden’s strings, likely the Obama cabal, and they didn’t make mistakes, they knew full well that what they were doing was shady and wouldn’t hold water once the Supreme Court had a shot at it. They simply don’t care, because the weapon was the legal process itself, regardless of the results, and the effect of smearing Trump in the eyes of voters, even if their nonsense ended up being shot down in the end.

It’s similar to the border invasion. We’ve got to stop saying that the government is “incompetent” or “making mistakes” regarding the border. The reality is that they are succeeding in doing exactly what they set out to do, which is to destroy the U.S. by intentionally flooding it with poor, uneducated, and often criminal invaders. Whether it’s the obscene lawfare against Trump or the border invasion, these are all carefully planned actions and not flubs.
