Chris Wallace, the moderator of the sole debate between President Biden and President Trump in 2020, said that lost the presidency due to his performance that night.
Biden and Trump will face off against each other Thursday in a CNN-hosted debate in Atlanta.
“I actually think it was one of the most consequential presidential debates in history,” Wallace said Wednesday on “The Source with Kaitlan Collins” on CNN. “I actually think Donald Trump lost the presidency in that debate by his performance. He dropped about 4 or 5 points. He never regained it.”
Wallace, who worked at Fox News in 2020, is now an anchor for CNN.
Wallace added that the “key question” for Thursday’s debate is, “Has he learned his lesson?”

Chris Wallace is a propagandist masquerading as a journalist.
With your help of course- correct Chrissy?
yup!
Mr magoo you’ve done it again
Wow! I thought Trump “lost” the election when they stopped counting while they figured out how many ballots were needed in a handful of close states to adequately stuff the boxes for Biden.
Nice try, Chris.
Rampant voter fraud cost DJT the 2020 election.
You know it.
The nerve of this prick
Kinda reminds me of Bill Mahre. Likes to say provocative things. There’s money in it. Start off with a bit of intelligence and a don’t-care attitude you can go far. So why aren’t we all rich?
Chris Wallace lost whatever credibility he had left, during the 2020 debate. Typical liberal projection...
Chris Wallace lost his mind in 2020.
Em…Chris Wallace lost Foxs audience in that debate. They then went on to bury it on election/installment day calling races that weren’t finished
He, Megan whatshername, Baier all disgusting
He, McCallum, Baier, Ingraham, Hannity, Sandra smith
Whether he lost it or not, he definitely damaged his campaign. I think if he had performed as he did in the second debate with Hillary in 2016, he could have finished the election 5 points higher, outside the margin of fraud. Honestly that debate was painful to watch. His debate opponents (Biden and the moderators working together) were atrocious but he could not have handled it worse.
Actually an admission that the lies of the “51 former Intel officials” regarding Hunter’s laptop, were ELECTION INTERFERENCE !!!!
Even if you discount ballot box stuffing Trump “lost” because states made it easier for lazy /dumb people to vote since they mailed them ballots and made Election Day last for month. The lazy /dumb vote is overwhelmingly Democratic but most times they don’t go out and vote since it requires them to leave their homes on Election Day and walk down the street and they don’t care enough about politics to bother doing that
Trump didn’t lose the debate or the election in 2020.
It is the NITTY GRITTY every day contact with the American voters that will WIN ...
I believe Trump already has enough to win in November now, but the FRAUD is going to be the issue at stake.
I truly wish we were not facing a debate tonight as everyone is going to HYPE it up.....
Did Trump blow it in that first debate with Biden? He has admitted that he came in way too hot and adjusted accordingly for the second debate.
But Chris Wallace was a complete freaking disaster as a debate moderator and was roundly criticized for his disastrous performance And he has never gotten over it
Does anyone still listen to that weasel?
