UPDATE: Federal court grants Biden DOJ request to move $30 million Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit from Ashli's home in San Diego to Washington DC. The case was just assigned to Judge Jia Cobb, who was appointed to the bench by President Biden in 2021.
It appears the fix is in on that case.
You dirty DOGS!
The family will get nothing..their lawyer will have his legal career destroyed...and Ashli will be painted as being almost as evil as Donald Trump himself.
So per Tom Fitton “Biden DOJ trying to “forum shop” in order to rig lawsuit filed by Ashli Babbitt family over her illicit killing on Jan 6:...”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Any high school freshman of normal intelligence would recognize this as an obvious setup.
Not if it’s been dismissed and all appeals exhausted.
The fix is in.
Wood chipper...
This is no longer the United States. It’s an oligarchy led by Democrats.
Does Roseanne Boyland have a pending case? Her death was much more egregious, and the coverup really heinous.
no conflicts in that I am sure
Just another example of our corrupt justice system.
Can’t risk a vigorous discovery with unvetted counsel.
Ashli deserves better as do All J6ers.
Damn “Feral courts”. They all need to be shut down. Without them, the RAT turd rollers couldn’t get away with the LAWFARE attacks on their political opponents.
Just drag it out. Then President Trump can force the FIB or somebody to admit responsibility and pay a very generous cash settlement.
Then he can use their admission as the tool needed to abolish the whole agency.
they only need to stretch trial until January
What a coincidence that the place that commits the most crimes against the rest of the country gets to try all their cases right there in the same corrupt banana republic that’s doing all the perpetration.
The system that bred such lawlessness as in DC is the last thing that will ever be able to deliver justice regarding that lawlessness.
They don’t seem to have any problem at all doing lawfare in Manhattan state court.
Why would you expect DOJ to follow Trump’s orders when they didn’t a single time last time? Still living in fantasy land.
Judges can summarily dismiss cases. Very few civil and criminal cases actually go to trial.
