UPDATE: Federal court grants Biden DOJ request to move $30 million Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit from Ashli's home in San Diego to Washington DC. The case was just assigned to Judge Jia Cobb, who was appointed to the bench by President Biden in 2021.

What a coincidence that the place that commits the most crimes against the rest of the country gets to try all their cases right there in the same corrupt banana republic that’s doing all the perpetration.

Judges can summarily dismiss cases. Very few civil and criminal cases actually go to trial.
