The software needed to Simply count up votes should be among the simplest computer programs that are in existence.

Any high-tech people here please tell us what we’re missing. A simple vote tally should be simple addition.

Someone had better be on this in the RNC and republicans in congress had better investigate if they don’t want to be faced with another stolen election. There is no excuse to be using the Dominion voting machines if they’re already complaining about them in the primaries.

You are correct, that is why all of this proprietary talk is BS. It should be a very simplistic application that locates the vote, and tabulates the vote to the accumulation bucket of the person for whom that vote was cast for.

It certainly is not rocket science stuff.

Which is why we need to get rid of the systems, or make them completely transparent, because if the application is doing anything other than that is doing anything other than that, then shenanigans are present within the process.

Well other than perhaps confirming that the person casting the vote is a legitimate voter existing on the voter rolls.

But that is usually a manual process if they even have a process to check for valid voters in the first place.

If it is done by machine that process should be done by machines that accept or reject the ballot before it is introduced to the tabulation machine..

That is why mail-in ballots make cheating so much easier with machines.
