I was going to say that saying that you trust someone as far as you can throw them isn’t a threat to throw someone.
But then I read what he actually said more carefully. He screwed up the old saying. “I can trust you as far as I can throw your phone and I can throw it a long way”, means that Biden was telling Katz he can really trust him.
