Exit polls show a historic win for Marine Le Pen's National Rally in France and is on course to trounce President Macron's party
Far-right parties have also made substantial gains in Austria and Germany, exit polls say

Those are the ones that read the various studies that have proven you can have a welfare state or unlimited immigration but not both. Guess which one they want?
The latest ‘immigrants’ to Germany make the Turks look like country cousins to the Germans. The ‘newcomers’... ho boy, they’re infinitely worse.
Thing is, the leaders of that party are from Muslim countries. Not even Aryans.
Sure. But they’re smarter than the rest - they know that if they have unlimited immigration, they will lose their welfare state. And they don’t want to lose that, because it will be harder to spread Islamic values if they have to work.
The President of France is separate from Parliament, he is not subject to votes of confidence and if he loses the majority in Parliament he does not have to resign.
He’s not quite like an American President because he has to staff his government with Deputies from the National Assembly. So, if he loses the majority he has to replace his ministers with members of the new majority.
Yep she is even liberal on sone things. Not “far right” not by a long shot.

Macron Trounced by Marine Le Pen’s populist-nationalist party at European Parliament Elections
Macron Immediately Dissolves Parliament for Snap National Election
To a leftwing communist/NAZI Socialist, a nationalist/patriot is to their VERY far right.
Thanks
I think on economics she’s kind of a left wing socialist.
Has she been demonized much yet?
Standard Euro conservative. It all derives from “etatisme”, the primacy of state control, that was invented in the days of absolute monarchy. You can blame Louis XIV I suppose.
The modern version, which included creating the “welfare state”, has been generally credited to Bismarck, but the general concept of state power over the private economy was long since universal in Europe. And it was conservative even at that time. To find “true”, non-statist conservatives back then you would have to go back to feudal times. Libertarian “liberal” lassier-faire characters were radical. Or American.
But that all happened long before socialism was even an idea.
Categorizing such things as “socialism” is ahistorical.
You want to call it statism or collectivism, go ahead, it’s the same thing.
