The issue with the Kenyon letter above is that James Kenton did not have power of attorney to transfer property into WCU’s name, and Debbie Pierson recorded it anyways.

That is scary.

Hard to tell, but I think Thorco is trying to blame Pierson and the State for illegal deed recordings that they have no knowledge of.

Follow the money. If there is no money trail to Peirson.....
