The pandemic response plan was written long before Fauci was appointed to be the public face of the response.

What I really hate is how easily the charlatans and antivaxxers were able to convince numbers of Republicans that fighting infectious disease is somehow an infringement on our liberties so that now elected politicians are doing the agenda of charlatans. No special interest group should have this much power to manipulate elected officials, especially not those who use fearmongering and lies to manipulate people.

In addition to his Covid actions, Fauci was a central character during the AIDS outbreak in the 80s and advocated the same lunatic ideas that needlessly killed thousands of people based on his actions.

Operation Dark Winter was an outbreak exercise in June 22-23, 2001 simulating a covert small pox attack on the US. This was one of several John Hopkins tabletop simulations of Operation Lockstep. During the third presidential debate on Oct. 22, 2020, Biden says in response to question about the pandemic, "We're about to go into a dark winter... A dark winter". LINK. The other pandemic exercises were Atlantic Storm, Clade X and finally Event 201 with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the WEF on Oct 18, 2019. The pdf of the original the original Operation Dark Winter has been scrubbed from the web but I had a printed copy and the PTB followed it to the letter... down to travel restrictions, deploying military assets, suspension of civil rights and punishment for disinformation. Even the last exercise, Event 201 is the international recognized date for their planned release, year/month, 2020/Jan. This was a highly organized attempt to use a man-made virus to take over the world and kill a lot of useless eaters. They aren't done yet, so prepare accordingly.
