Nope, no Medusa effect tonight. LOL I was lucky enough to stay dry too. I went out right at midnight to dump the gauge and it started raining a few minutes after I came in.
Sleep well and be kind to your alarm in the morning. Catch ya tomorrow.
Good evening, E...((HUGS))...and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.

Poor little shed. I’m surprised it held up as long as it did. Look at all that snow!!!
Good morning, CMS, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Poor thing...it tried.
It served you well for a long time. But with y’all having basically record snowfall, it’s no wonder it gave out. I’m surprised it held up as late into winter as it did.
Thank you for that. May the Lord bless you and yours as well
Hi, Kathy. Thanks....and may you have a blessed Sunday, too! ((hugs))
:)
I am, Thank you Kathy

“Wish I could find the clip but years ago I saw an interview with a WW2 veteran that went something like this (the veteran was over 90 years old at the time):
Interviewer: Did you have nightmares when you first came back from the war?
Veteran: Yes ma’am.
Interviewer: How long did this carry on for?
Veteran: Oh, for a while.
Interviewer: How long is a while? For example, when did you last have a nightmare from the war?
Veteran: Last night.”
“When my cousin Leslie came home from Vietnam he could not sleep unless he had a rifle on his chest according to my Aunt. He had been assigned to a fire base on a mountain top in Vietnam, every night the VC would attack them and try and kill them… they often got through the perimeters”……..”

EISENHOWER | His Emotional Return To The D-Day Beaches | WW2 Normandy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0M1fw6z2JPk
Two decades after D-Day, former Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower, who was Supreme Commander in charge of the operation, returned to Normandy. Eisenhower talked with CBS News’ Walter Cronkite about his experiences in June 1944, the tactical decisions behind Operation Overlord, and how British Prime Minister Winston Churchill was talked out of joining the invading forces. Eisenhower and Cronkite visited the Allies’ war room on England’s southern coast; the coast of France, including Pointe du Hoc and Omaha Beach; and the American military cemetery at St. Laurent-on-the-Sea. This special broadcast of “CBS Reports,” featuring newsreel footage of the invasion, originally aired in 19 countries around the world on June 5, 1964.
