The German government said Friday that Ukraine can use German-supplied weapons against Russian attacks from positions just over their joint border, in a significant policy change that came a day after U.S. President Joe Biden gave Kyiv a green light to strike back with American weapons at Russian military assets targeting the country’s second-largest city.
A German government statement noted that, in recent weeks, Russia has prepared, coordinated and carried out attacks on Ukraine's northeastern Kharkiv region, in particular from areas just over the border in Russia.
"Together we are convinced that Ukraine has the right under international law to defend itself against these attacks," the statement said. "For this, it can also use the weapons delivered for that purpose in accordance with its international legal commitments, including the ones delivered by us,"

Hopefully the Ukrainians had a plan for this day and can hit the Russian stuff across the border with everything they have before the Russians can pull it all back.
With that said, if the stuff is destroyed and/or they have to pull back several hundred kilometers their Kharkiv offensive is more trouble

Great question! I checked with renowned military consultant Captain Obvious, and he noted that Cambodia and Laos do not have nuclear weapons. Or nuclear attack subs with wake-homing torpedoes. Or hypersonic missiles. Or a network of agents inside the US. Or etc., etc., etc. (I kind of lost track after the first 10 minutes).
Of course, Captain Obvious dresses funny, so I would take it all with a grain of salt.
