JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York.
The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again.
"The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported.
Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations.
"You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said.
Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.

Here in Texas the jury takes the instructions into the deliberations with them. Expecting them to proceed without a copy of the written jury instructions is just silly.
Wonder how many jurors will have a knock on their door later tonight? “Good evening, sir/ma’am, I’m from the FBI, may I come in a talk to you for a few minutes?”
Who here believes they won't? The jury should have been sequestered.
How quick did Google light up immediately after merdechans instruction? Again, will these jurors have 24/7/365 security for the rest of their lives? Either way, some assclown won’t be happy.
An obvious sign that somebody on the jury thinks they can find Trump guilty, despite the lack of a unanimity.

My understanding is that Merchan gave them verbal instructions, not written ones, and they are allowed to ask as many questions as they want.
Amen! With all the powers of Hell lines up against the truth, these jurors need our prayers. I pray that the plans of the wicked would blow up in their faces - like the Egyptians trying to cross the Red Sea after the Israelites.
Lord, we desperately need You to break through the spirit of delusion and bring thoughts of truth and justice.

Seems its important to remember Judge Merchan grew up in a Third World Country; Columbia. He is running this trial as if he was in Bogata and the Socialists were in office and wanted to send a Candidate to prison even without breaking a law. He should be deported.
