I am praying for President Trump. I am praying that the folks on the jury have their eyes open to what this trial has really been about and they find our man, not guilty. Because he is!
I hope the defense calls out the judge and prosecution for not even telling anybody what the crime was supposed to be. AND, that if you don’t have a clear understandable crime you can’t convict.
I am really confused with the left media’s explanation of the crime committed. I understand the burglary concept they use, if you enter a business with the intent to shoplift, you commit the crime of burglary, even if you don’t shoplift. But in this case, Trump did complete the act, which was determined to not be a crime. So are they saying Trump tried to commit a crime even though the crime didn’t exist?
I do not believe Trump will be convicted. I believe we will have a hung jury.
The Jury has read too much about the law , the legality of non disclosure agreements,Stormy Daniels the whore , and Cohen to really be unhinged by Judge Juan.Plus there are two lawyers on the jury.

There is the fiction of the law and the reality of what really happens. If anyone thinks many on this non sequestered jury has not been reading about this case in their off time, I have a bridge to sell you. The other cardinal principles of courtroom fact over fiction is prospective jurors do indeed lie a lot during voir dire, no one has an agenda, judges rarely exercise their bias and interested witness telling the whole truth is something that happens in movies not in courtrooms. Sometimes the law works and sometimes it doesn’t, but it seems to serve its intended purpose of keeping people from killing each other over a legal dispute as a go to to settle them.
Better to stop now and let some people wonder about the scam instead of going forth to the guilty forced ruling and remove all doubt for every American.
Think I will watch something a little closer to reality.....perhaps a rerun of Dynasty!
Well no matter what happens in this trial, the defense has pretty much cornered the Judge and Prosecutors into a situation where any conviction will be quickly reversed on appeal. If the Judge approves the Jury Instructions and still doesn’t lay out the actual crime, then instant appeal win because Trump was convicted of...well...nothing. However if the judge DOES lay out the law Trump supposedly violated, “Conspiracy to Influence an Election” then the defense still wins on appeal because under New York law that provision only applies to state races and specifically excludes candidates for federal office.
That letter prepared by the “jewess” that was posted here earlier (search for “jewess”) was enough to stir emotion. The Israel problem with Hamas is more profound than just the Oct 7 attack and ongoing battling.
I have zero confidence in judge, jury, da, process, instructions, etc.
President Trump should have his appeal ready as we speak.
