The E Jean fake rape case is a travesty of justice. How is denying the accusation and denying knowing the accuser defamation? Trump has no chance for a fair judge and jury in NYC. He’s being lynched.

The case will never stand on appeal. Judicial notice that the suit was funded by Dem political doners will put the proper cpoontext on the case.

There is no specific time alleged, because Trump likely has meticulous records of exactly where he was at a particular time on a specific date, because he would have been involved in meetings, and the records would certainly confirm tax deductions for travel and entertainment. His documentation is likely comprehensive and exhaustive.

What bugs me is that Kathy Hochul and the NYS legislature passed a law....good for one year....that lifted the Statute of Limitations. Carroll filed her great rape case...the next day after the law was effective.

BY lifted the statute of limitations on the Stormy Daniels case as well. Obviously the entire government of New York is conspiring against Trump. Disgusting.

The meticulous records is his out. The woman should at least give a time frame, though she is deluded according to the dress she said she wore during the incident.
The jury decision was based on could this have happened, how deep are his pockets and will this damage Trump?
