I would call it witness tampering just like there’s jury tampering going on with the jury in the Trump trial. Why did the leftist judge give the members so much time off and not sequester them? Crooked Jobama is engaging in skulduggery in every trial. Democrats get away with murder and I mean that literally.

I think they've made it quite clear they're gonna' go after anyone they deem an 'election denier' this time out. They're going to make an example out of people now by charging them with crimes for not going along. If it works, then that will become the norm in American elections from now on.

Witness tampering/intimidation
What needs to be looked at, is if, he has stopped by her home, on previous anniversaries of his death. Or, did he just call, send a note/flowers/etc.. If the latter, then why did he go to her home, this time. We know the answer, but, the media will play the poor Joe, just going to comfort his son’s wife. Barf!!
He just dropped in for a little hair sniffing session….
Looking at it from the point of view of building a case against Joe for witness tampering that would stand up in court, I would ask these questions:
1. When was the last time you spoke with her prior to this visit?
2. What did you discuss?
3. Did you talk about the trial at all?
4. Was there some special significance to this anniversary of Beau’s death?
5. Have you ever visited her on or around the anniversary of Beau’s death before? If so, did you go to her house to visit? While you were president?
6. Did you make any promises or threats to her?
7. Did you make any observations about how tragic it would be if any further misfortune should occur to her?
8. Did you sniff her hair?
And then I’d ask her the same questions.
4 days before the 9th anniversary of something is the ‘visit the witnesses against your son’ tradition
