A purportedly never-before-seen Department of Defense memo from the Obama era appears to indicate the federal government already may have had original copies of the documents seized at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida in 2022, raising serious questions about the pretext for the raid, Fox News Digital has exclusively learned.
America First Legal (AFL), a conservative legal group, released Thursday what it says is a newly unearthed memo from the Obama administration Department of Defense "confirming the government may have already had originals of the alleged classified documents involved in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s sham prosecution against President Trump."
The document, titled Memorandum of Understanding Entered into by Presidential Information Technology Community Entities, is from 2015, and followed an October 2014 Russian breach of the Executive Office of the President’s network. Then-President Barack Obama took executive action to create the Presidential Information Technology Community (PITC) to better protect the executive branch from such attacks, according to AFL.
The PITC, which includes representatives from federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and Homeland Security, effectively established that the president controls information he receives through the PITC network.

Evidently the whole country is going with the government narrative, taking what it says at face value the stated reason — that he raid was over classified documents.
The real reason has been carefully concealed.
Here in Louisiana, Huey P Long was assassinated when someone fired off a gun in front of Long and his bodyguards let fly with machine guns, evidently. Long was shot and died a few hours later.
The FBI may have been hoping for a chance for someone to fire a gun, start off a cascade of return fire, and assasssinate Trump, accidentally, as it were, in the crossfire.
That may sound wild, but who would ever think that a former president, just out of office, would have his residence invaded by gun wielding FBI with orders to use lethal force just over documents that had been declassified. That is extremely third world.
The knowledge Trump gained from four years as President is much more sensitive than any document at his residence.
Even at the street level, the stolen election should have been obvious. It was pulled off in a Mafia in-your-face manner by the entire corrupted D party with barely a whimper from the political party in opposition. Coercion, intimidation? At this point it doesn't seem possible there is anything they would hesitate to attempt.

Who is it that will do the dragging, the DOJ, the FBI? If so directed by a R president how much effort are they going to put into the action?

Any time? How many times does the FBI raid the home of a former president and future president.
You mean that circumstance doesn’t enter their minds, or that they are organically incapable of fine-tuning their methods to accomodate those circumstances? There is a distinction between Trump, and say, a drug dealer, a distinction that will endure forever.
