President Biden said he is willing to debate former President Donald Trump twice ahead of the election — but only if Trump agrees to his strict terms.
“Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020, and now he wants to debate me again,” Biden said in the fiery video released Wednesday.
“Well, make my day, pal,” Biden, 81, added.
The Biden camp, however, rejected allowing the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates to run the face-offs, despite it having done so since 1988, a letter obtained by the New York Times revealed.
Instead of the commission debates on Sept. 16, Oct. 1 and Oct. 9, Biden wants to go toe to toe with Trump on a more compressed schedule — with the first debate as early as June, campaign chair Jennifer O’Malley Dillon wrote.

There was not a single debate Biden won over Trump. Only a partisan supporting Mike Wallace’s lies and protection of Biden could claim that.
A debate isn’t won or loss during the debate. It’s how the press cuts it up for the sound bites afterwards.
One saving grace is that around 75+million viewers watch and get to form their own opinions, hopefully.
Biden even lies when he accepts a debate.
I believe, Biden and the democrats, are hoping, that their continued demands for the debates are so outrageous, that Trump balks, so, they can then come out and say, see Trump won't debate Biden. The lefty media will push the Trump is afraid to debate line, instead of the fact, that the demands were too far out there.
Joe Biden, then does not have to debate, and, he looks like the better guy- see I offered to debate and Trump would not do it. Classic, lefty switcheroo.
They’ll get out of debating by insisting on impossible terms. Town Hall venue where neither can talk to the other. Possible separate appearances where they don’t even meet.....stuff like that.

If Biden is able to get on and off the stage by himself and not try to shake hands with an invisible person, the MSN will proclaim Biden's performance as the great in the history of the world.
