UPDATE ...
MAN with a SWORD has been arrested. A vehicle was drven into the front of a house.
The suspect then went on to attack members of the public and two police officers.
Several people stabbed.
36 year old male arrested and in custody.
POLICE SAY:
“Terrifying incident for those concerned”
“More info will be provided as soon as we can”
“No on-going threat”
“Not looking for more suspects”
“Does not appear terror related”
