New York Attorney General just lost her effort to negate the bond agreement allowing Trump to appeal the judgment. The court added conditions but turned down her effort to reject the company as a viable bonding company.
What has happened to the Georgia case. Last I remember the Ga. Court of Appeals was going to decide if Fanny had to leave the case. Haven’t heard a word since.
Made me smile again! Thank you!
It is parked at Teterboro. That’s in New Jersey. (Not that this matters, but..)
HA HA!
Thanks for the post
At a certain point, I hope that Trump is able to take the offensive against this bitch and start suing the crap out of New York State and her personally....for the rest of her life. Lawfare works two ways.
One case crumbling more to follow for the sake of law and liberty.
“Now you don’t expect the media to broadcast this in all caps...do you??”
Why are you asking me??
endocan ruled on this
That is the funniest thing I have read in ages! I am cracking up. Autocorrect has been my worst enema too and has come close to getting me in trouble.
From what I understand, he really didn't want to and tried everything he could to get out of making the right decision but evidently, the bond is basically cash so he grudgingly denied her motion. I am sure that he did so with tears in his eyes. Eric Trump was on Hannity's radio show and explained how they had to practically draw a picture of it for him to understand that he had no other option. You have to hand it to Trump. This crap non-stop for years on end would destroy most people. It just proves what a formidable leader he is.
I am suprised. Usually such an application would be made
in the court where the bond was filed as security for the lower courts judgement.
Ya live and learn .
Thanks.
Appeals court ruled. Not the crooked judge.
Is she hawt?
