Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that women in his state could die from a 123-year-old law that bans nearly all abortions except to save the life of the mother.

MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to ask you about what’s happening in your home state of Arizona, as you know the State Court ruled an 1864 Civil War era law can take effect that would criminalize abortion, it’s on hold at the moment, but this is a live issue. Do you have confidence that your state legislators will take action before it goes into effect?

The pro-baby killers never explain how these many women will die if they can’t kill their unborn baby. If there is a real life or death situation, there seems to be an exception. So, how are the women dying?

The point is to save the baby’s (whether girl OR boy) life.
That canard abut women dying has been tried in every ballot proposal state. The real health dangers including a few deaths are from the “medication abortions”’ tragic effects and from botched procedures by abortionists who cause women to be sent to emergency rooms for severe bleeding and other life threatening conditions. One doctor I heard said “They don’t even tell us what drugs they already gave the women and what their medical histories are.”

The law is on the books. Any time the courts rule against a law that is not illegal then that court is corrupt. If they don’t like the law then they can work to change it. Although it was a law written when the country still followed God.

When Roe went down it was a statement that this ‘choice’ shoud be left up to the people of each state and not to the Supreme Court ...
