Illegitimate pricks. They need to be disbanded. Nobody should speak to anyone from the FBI. I mean no one, anywhere. Not at church, don’t serve them at the restaurant etc.
Oh, effbeeye? I’d love to talk with you, but cannot without my lawyer, because you are trained to deceptive questioning, and it’s for my own protection. Do you have a warrant? Am I under arrest? No? Well OK then, adios!
Of course they did.
They do it twenty times a day to princes and paupers. They are allowed to lie to us, but if we just misremember something even slightly, we go to jail, unless they are going after someone more important... THEN they use the threat of jail to say what they want us to say about their real target.
Good rule to follow - talk to a federal agent only if they are skilled in using a radiator hose. Or a cattle prod.
In January of 2017, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer warned Trump that Intel officials ‘have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.’
But I have less respect and trust....*far* less...for police today than I had 40 years ago.
And this is why you never talk with the FBI. Certainly not without a lawyer.
Your local cops? If you are witness to a crime, or victim of a crime, maybe. Proceed carefully. Specifically asked to help with an investigation? Shut up and lawyer up.
Seems Judge Cannon is getting tired of the “GOTCHA SURPRISES”.
Here’s the transcript.
Nauta had his lawyer with him.
I wonder why he even talked with the Feds.
He sandbagged Pres. Trump who thought he was on a run.
What i can’t see is, the perjury - where is it ?
They don’t care how much outside the law they are as long as they destroy Trump. So much for having any reverence toward the FIB.
Sean Vannity always goes on and on about how righteous the FIB rank and file are... I’ve seen no evidence of that at all.
They interviewed Walt Nauta on May 36, just 3 days after Nathan Wade, Fani Willis’s lead prosecutor, met with Biden’s White House Counsel (at the White House) on May 23, 2022.
NEVER interview with the FBI beyond your ID without a lawyer present, period.
Nauta was being disloyal.
He had every right to refuse to be interviewed by the FBI.
After Operation Cross Fire Huricane Nauta had a duty to remain silent.
I’m not sure how else to say this?
Never. Talk. To. The. Police.
Ever.
You have the right to remain silent; whether you have the ability or not is another question.
There’s a youtube video out there (you’ve probably seen it) of a debate between a law professor and a police officer: Should you talk to the police, is the topic.
The law professor goes on for quite some time explaining why it is a horrible, bad, no good idea. Then it’s the cop’s turn to rebut. He starts by saying “He’s right”.
People need to understand the FBI and most other law enforcement agencies are not your friends and should never be trusted in any verbal interaction. They can lie to you with impunity, but if they “construct” a scenario where you just contradict a former statement to any degree they can prosecute (blackmail) you. Silence is best, don’t even confirm or deny anything the may ask.
Voluntary interview by the FBI?
Go get a warrant Jack Boot.
If you are ever approached by federal officials - LEO or otherwise - for an ‘interview’, there should be one persistent response:
” “
How classified documents had been kept at The Mar-a-Lago Club.
How the hell would a valet drive have any knowledge of where they were kept.
Sounds like FIB made story again
Anyone hired in any capacity in the next Trump administration: When FBI agents stop by to chat, turn on your cell phone recorder and then say “No.” They will start to press you, continue to say “No” and ask them to leave. If they refuse to leave then you leave.
Recording is important, because even if you refuse to talk with them, they will lie.
