I would say the likelihood is high that he is. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if the Republicans know he is and are supporting the whole thing as well.

If you saw the video of the big lunch at the White House, you know the answer. Everyone present was fawning over Obama and Biden wandered around like a lost puppy with no love for him in the room. None of the people present that day believe Biden is the President. They ignored him. Nobody talked to him.
