Senator Bernie Sanders' Vermont office was set ablaze by a suspected arsonist who is on the run.

Burlington firefighters were called to the senators office on the third floor of One Church Street around 10:45 am on Friday.

Police said an unidentified man entered the vestibule of the office, sprayed an accelerant on the door and set it on fire, reported NBC5.

I’d have expected a better headline than this. No one died. No one was completely trapped inside (egress was temporarily impeded per story).

The article says the doorway was moderately damaged. The door was set afire, people screamed and panicked, someone called the FD, they came and put the fire out.
