And, the union criminal thugs will sabotage the equipment, materials, offices and probably homes og the non union labor who are employed to build the bridge. The Operators union thugs will destroy all non union equipment on the jobsite.
The Communist Chinese are really good at building infrastructure. Perhaps they should replace the Key Bridge, renaming it the Mao Memorial Bridge. Better name it after a foreign Communist than a domestic one as are most Democratic heroes.

I spend a good portion of my adult life dealing with union people.
The skilled trades, millwrights, ironworkers, electricians, pipefitters and laborors are among the best workers out there.
They are skilled, highly trained, and if run correctly, cost efficient.
I would trust them before a truckload of illegal immigrants.
Having said that, the non skilled union people can jump on a bus and drive a long time on a short pier
No point arguing, because the bridge will not ever be rebuilt. Lots of money will be spent on the project, but no new bridge ever.
It's not even a sure bet the rubble will be cleared to reopen the port, though that could happen.
