I am talking about of course building up ammunition supplies, but also moving forward maintenance capabilities so that the Ukrainian soldiers can fix forward equipment that is broken or damaged on site, as well as increasing their ammunition stocks.”Russia is on a war footing and they did that starting in 2022. I haven't seen anyone in the West do that.

Russia is something like a month away from completing their rail line along the Azov Sea that will connect Crimea to the rest of Russia, and, at that point, they won’t even need the Kerch Bridge, at all.
By the way, Biden’s people, how’s that 2nd Avenue Subway line progressing? I hear that several new stops opened, and it only took 20 years to get that far.
