They were actually engaged in peace talks until Boris Johnson intervened, telling Zelenskyy to not negotiate in peace talks with Russia. If you want to think we are blameless, think again. This was all by design, regardless if you believe that or not.
There can be only one reason for that, and that is the reason we have been saying all along. The desire to engage in a proxy war with with Russia, using Ukraine as the battlefield and the Ukrainian people as both the fodder & the fighters. Because they knew they had successfully fanned the flames of hate in Ukraine, and that the American people would not support another protracted war. Everything they did was also designed to make Putin have only one avenue left open to him, that being invade Ukraine. That was all the easy part, but it was a folly from the GetGo, because these leftist Democrats & feckless Republicans saw dollars signs that would enrich them handsomely. The longer it lasted the better. The problem is, they ended up losing the House to the Republicans in 2022 and enough stood tall against funding because Biden also had decided he could throw the border's gates wide open without any problems, because they had enough Republicans in the enrichment scam, until they didn't.
I'm never going to allow you supporters of this conflict to project onto us, what you really are.
It has not only brought disgrace to this nation, it has also brought in pure evil. Supporters of this conflict see neither. Instead you wrongly believe you are fighting evil. The irony would almost be amusing, if it weren't for the real consequences attached. Then you consistently buy into the propaganda, to hold out hope for Ukraine to defeat Russia. Even though all of the evidence paints a vastly different picture. In the meantime, your nation is under attack, we have a spending problem that not enough Republican care about either of those real problems, yet those aren't the only problems.
Loss of freedoms & rampant lawlessness & disorder are ruining this nation, and you seem oblivious because you want to be right on Ukraine and you need that next hopium fix, because like the junkie you think it will be all better after obtaining that fix you crave, but it never is for either of you perpetual junkies hooked on your own brands of dope. At least junkies actually have a reason for not thinking clearly. You do not though.
On top of it all, you applaud & revere those who say we will fight until the last Ukrainian.

The claim is, that is all they had to attack with, their shovels. If they are trained to use their shovels, I can see the need may arise to use them. But I certainly didn’t started that way, and that is far different from what is being pushed.

The Russian shovel for close combat is unusual and generated interest and descriptions of the tradition and the long term use of that model but it was always about the “firearms and shovels” in that assault on that bunker.

Putin’s “peaceful resolution” is the dismemberment of Ukraine as a sovereign nation by annexing the Donbas, Crimea, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson. Pardon me, but I’ve seen this movie before - in 1939 in Munich, when Hitler’s “peaceful resolution” was the annexation of a wide swath of Czechoslovakia, followed by occupation of what was left.

All people have to do this game look at the map and review daily bombing of Ukraine. Russia launches massive bombing attacks two or three times a day anyone that looks at the facts knows that Russia is far from being over this side is not propaganda. It is Ukraine reporting.

At best they sometimes rhyme. But his is different, because the opportunity existed for many months before the invasion trigger was pulled. Germany had already invaded Czechoslovakia . After signing the Munich Agreement Hitler invaded Poland, and Stalin invaded from the east as a counter to Hitler’s invasion. Not to displace Hitler but to increase the buffer zone before Hitler reached Ukraine, which of course was part of the USSR.
