A California judge on Wednesday recommended the disbarment of John Eastman, calling to revoke the law license of one of former President Donald Trump’s top allies in his failed last-ditch gambit to subvert the 2020 election.
Judge Yvette Roland, who presided over months of testimony and argument about the basis of Eastman’s fringe legal theories, ruled that the veteran conservative attorney violated ethics rules — and even potentially criminal law — when he advanced Trump’s efforts to overturn the election results based on weak or discredited claims of fraud.

Is Yvette black?
And the lawfare continues. Next they will go after anybody that has ever registered as a Republican.
Is he licensed in any other state?
Lawfare
So sick of hearing from obscure good for nothing judges spouting off about their fringe political views. They’re the ones who should be disbarred. Tarred and feathered would be better.
Because this idiot joke of a judge has a bad case of TDS he wants a good attorney disbarred.
The left is losing it.
Yvette Roland. Bimbo or Tranny?
RIP.
Wrong thread.

“... Trump’s efforts to overturn the election results based on weak or discredited claims of fraud.”
saying someone doesn’t have standing does not constitute “discredited”

Has anyone reviewed? I thought so.
Demonrats have contested every Republican presidential win, but that’s okay.
Republicans do it, with mountains of evidence, showing massive fraud,...well, that’s a “threat to demokrazi”.
Is the Pope a Catholic? Now that I think of it, the judge must have spent a pretty penny to get her hair straightened. White male meets black female judge. Nothing good can happen.
HOW DID I KNOW???
Can he go to a red state and get a law license there? If this is a state judge, she can be recalled as this is obviously political
Can we be reminded in which courts were the claims found to be discredited?
Yes. I reviewed it.
Says many thinsgs But in essence, it says there wasn’t cheating in 2020, AND Pence could reject electoral college people from disputed states.
Basically, with a 1 in 4 registered voters as not real, or fake address and illegal voting machines in Arizona as well as more votes than voters in many counties, I disagree. Also, if Pence didn’t have the authority, why did they change the law after?
2020 is a election disgrace. It should have been investigated in 2020. Now, wars, recession, invasion, deaths and a weak America. She mentions Texas versus Pennsylvania like it was a mistake as an original jurisdiction case, the SCOTUS missed on that, and it was wrong.
