So let me get this straight... Challenging phony rigged elections is grounds for disbarment? The reason everyone on the left is going full bore like this is because they know damn well the election was fraudulent. If they thought they really got all those 81 million votes they would welcome a full investigation and an honest count. That they never wanted any investigation into any of the allegations speaks volumes.

1. Eastman advocated a legal concept for challenging the elector delegations via a non-violent parliamentary procedure during the normal Presidential Elector Session.
2. Nancy Pelosi used the Jan 6 riots (with fake bombs as a backup play) as the reason for invoking a state of emergency that just happened to derail challenges to elector delegations.
3. Pelosi wouldn’t have had to refuse National Guard assistance then unleash her violent provocateur operation if Eastman hadn’t created a legal plan she feared would work constitutionally.
4. Therefore, the violence was 100% Eastman’s fault.
