LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The affidavit detailing the ATF case against the Little Rock airport executive who was shot and killed by federal agents serving a search warrant at his home was released Thursday.
In the heavily redacted warrant affidavit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claims that Bryan Malinowski purchased numerous firearms that he resold without a firearm dealer’s license.

I'm just a bit jaded when it comes to buy what fed gov says or alleges. We're talking about very corrupt agencies who would like to disarm everyone or at least regulate them out of existence.
Why knock on a door?
I definitely could be wrong, and the evidence in the warrant could be made-up BS. I wouldn't be shocked if that were the case.
Something everyone is missing. Did it ever occur to anyone that he may have been being blackmailed into buying and reselling these guns? As everyone here said, he made good money at his job, could not have been making that much reselling. Blackmail to me is the only answer that makes sense. Wonder what he knew...Sound like a Seth Rich moment.
Perfect. And one of the reasons they hate Trump so much. He exposed them like never before. Total corruption in every direction and then the state media peddles whatever their narrative is.
I expected there to be illegal mods, class 3 type stuff. They got him more or less for doing too many private sales without being an FFL. The crappy thing about this is there’s no hard limit. When it ‘feels’ right they go in if you do ‘too many’.
Out of one hundred and fifty.
Hmmmm.
Does not exactly sound like, as some people are trying to portray here, that he was selling exclusively to criminals.
He might have been selling to ordinary people who did not want their names on government lists. Perhaps because when you are on a government list THEY RAID YOUR HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND SHOOT YOU.
So I can understand why people would not want to be on government lists.
Apparently to some here not wanting your home raided is absolutely unreasonable. They eagerly await their next hit of boot polish.
They keep ALL the records.
Which is why some people who can buy firearms quite legally prefer to do private transactions.
Because they do not want their name on the government list.
Because they would rather not be shot by the government.
A reasonable desire.
How did NPR know to do a hit piece on the deceased for getting into a dispute with his neighbor over a mailbox? I know that NPR is a government mouthpiece, but did someone call them up and say, we need a hit piece on this guy we just killed, please?
Which could mean some crack head CI police pet tries to mug you and you shoot back your gun is now "connected to a crime".
I m in the same boat as you. I was pro-cop and believed that they were generally right and the guys they were going after were the problem. Now I question every story because we have been lied to too many times.
Back the blue until it happens to you. End qualified immunity.

Which post are you referring to?
Or maybe he was a good guy doing favors for people who wanted to practice their right of self defense without being on the Stazi’s little list of people to raid.

Read the search warrant it’s all in there and if you look at it carefully toward the end, you’ll find out that it could be executed between 6 AM and 10 PM
It was more like nine guns that have been previously used in different crimes, even as far as Canada
Remember, he fired first at least that’s what they say
Because if there is a statist pee-pee to sucks you hit your knees so hard that a volcano goes off in Iceland.
That was the only place he was buying and selling guns. He was doing it other places also.
Sure, but he was still an idiot.
