LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The affidavit detailing the ATF case against the Little Rock airport executive who was shot and killed by federal agents serving a search warrant at his home was released Thursday.
In the heavily redacted warrant affidavit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claims that Bryan Malinowski purchased numerous firearms that he resold without a firearm dealer’s license.

Forgot to include this from the article:
“The ATF claims in the affidavit that around six of the guns Malinowski sold were found after being connected to a crime.”
I don't know if they could have pulled him over (or. Had an arrest warrant), but they were on this guy for some time, and it seems he was aware of that fact.
Redactions?
That is what we NEED to see.
Then we will know why they don’t want us to think very deeply about this.
Please don't take my comments here as a defense of the raid, or agreement with licensing requirements generally. But, with the laws as they are, this guy did everything you can do to attract attention.
Nothing comes to mind that’s good and decent when I think of three-lettered government organizations.
After we get gobsmacked by all the world’s enemies we’ve made, I hope that the people that climb out of the rubble and put things back together think about those things.
If that were the case it would blow the whole warrant of his property. Once a suspect knows he’s under surveillance the jig is up as they’ll generally get rid of any evidence ASAP.
This whole story, both sides, makes no sense. Him reselling guns makes no sense, ATF killing him when they could have picked him up anytime outside or on the job; makes no sense to go to his home and kill him. Lots of missing info here.
How did the ATF know he bought and sold the firearms without records of the purchases he made?
Sounds like they wanted him dead for some reason.
Sounds like they wanted him dead for some reason.
I didn’t know there were still so called Conservatives who buy what the FedGov is selling.
The ATF FBI CIA JCOS AG 55% of Congress 60 Senators, even Military commanders are POLITICAL OFFICERS. They do what advances the goal of World domination, and they sell out the US to do it.
QUESTION EVERYTHING, and like my Dad used to say; “Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear”
They had all the records. He bought off GunBroker.com and filled out 4473’s for all of them. How they got him is that a bunch of the guns he bought and sold ended up at crime scenes and in the possession of prohibited persons. Several of them are the witnesses cited in the warrant.
He had a $200k+ salary. Why risk that for a few thousand a year?
That information is from the ATF? ☺
“How did the ATF know he resold the guns.”
They had him in their sights!
Sometimes, there are actual stupid pieces of crap doing stuff they shouldn't do.
“A new Biden policy. If you sell one gun, you are in the business and need a license.”
He was selling one a week.
I doubt he made that much. Some people just like the thrill of doing things they’re not supposed to.
Yeah, he was also buying one a week.
The late, great George Carlin had it right.
