Are Glock’s the only pistol that can convert with an auto-sear?

Clearly preempted by the Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. The problem will be getting this up to SCOTUS if Chicago’s lawyers were smart enough to plead this in a way to avoid removal to federal district court.

"The lawsuit alleges that Glock knows it could fix the problem but refuses to do so, and the City is seeking a court order requiring Glock to cease sales of its easily converted pistols to Chicago civilians.

How long before the Biden ATF reclassifies Glocks as machine guns because they are "readily convertible?"

Worse than that, other gun manufacturers need to be sued because of the threat of converting their guns to nuclear weapons...

A city that had its elected officials declare itself a "Sanctuary City" has no standing in any court to sue anyone for anything.

"We're a sanctuary city. Your laws don't apply to us."

"I'm a sanctuary defendant. Your laws don't apply to me."

Question. Can a citizen of Chicago sue the city because they do a poor job educating the youth which leads them to a life of crime? After all it is easy to fix but the City of Chicago refuses to fix!

Will they go after the entities from China that are manufacturing and importing the sears into this country through Mexico for installation on legal guns?

Will they stop that actual criminal activity, or is this process a pretext to get rid of American Gun Manufacturers?

Does the DOJ care? Will they simply ignore the importers due to their desire to destroy the Second Amendment?

I think so, if history is our guide.

“...City is seeking a court order requiring Glock to cease sales of its easily converted pistols to Chicago civilians.”

But it’s just fine for Chicago police to still buy them. (I know, police are supposed to be ‘civilians’.)

Car manufacturers could make cars much, much safer....let's sue them.

Home builders could make homes more fire resistant or storm resistant.

Chiraq could make the city safer.....well,....ya know.

Next: auto companies threatened for providing drivers with means to kill people with cars. DUI, drugged driving and texting while driving cited as uses of dangerous vehicles sold to the drivers.😜🤪

Knife company executives given heads up they are headed for court soon, too.

So it’s Glock’s fault that people illegally convert illegally owned firearms into machine guns and use them in crimes?

It's always the gun's fault with these morons instead of their pro-criminal, anti-cop policies.

gas pedals without speed governors on automobiles allow irresponsible drivers without drivers licenses to routinely massively exceed the speed limits, resulting in the deaths large numbers of innocent people ... auto manufacturers need to be sued because these gas pedals allow automobiles to be driven far too fast for many conditions by people without driver licenses or insurance ...

All they have to do is declare it a gun free area and the problem will be solved. I don’t see what the big deal is.

Any right-thinking people living in Chicago, consider... this might be an excellent time to G**O before property prices crash like Detroit.
