And why are they not going after the people that converted the Glock’s because that’s on the gunsmith or gunsmiths that did that and who should say if Glock corrected it it couldn’t be undone by a very competent gunsmith

Just as a hunch, I haven’t seen the statistics but I’d bet there are more Hi-points in Chicago than Glocks. Glocks are, comparatively, rather expensive.
