Window dressing. Kabuki.
What else?
To: ChicagoConservative27
He may do that, but DoJ will just sit on it.

The RATS wouldn’t “may” do it. THEY WOULD DO IT WHETHER THEY HAVE A CASE OR NOT. The cowardly lions on the right need to start pumpin’ up their testosterone. Being girly men is making our side look bad.

If only...
If that were to happen, I would be Happy Dancing for a week. Liz Cheney on the hot seat. Beautiful!

Unless destroying the J6 committee records was "Treason, Felony [or] Breach of the Peace," the members are "privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses."

The House GOP should start by targeting Crazy Liz and then investigate her involvement with McCain, Romney and Graham in fabricating the fake Dossier.

I’m sorry to have lost track. Of Jan 6 prisoners, how many are convicted/pled guilty and are serving their sentences, and how many are incarcerated pending disposition of their cases?

“privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses.”
= = =
What is a session?
Is it their full term?
Or when the members all meet to do business, “in session”?

There is a possibility that they may potentially refer members to the DOJ for possible but highly unlikely prosecution. Color me impressed.

Just HOW did the committee destroy documents?
Did they bleach bit them? Wipe them with a cloth? hammer them? These are the details that matter!
