Bill Maher has suggested President Joe Biden consider replacing his current Vice President Kamala Harris with either Nikki Haley or Republican Senator Mitt Romney in a bid to bridge the divide between the political parties.
Maher suggested that if Biden were to pursue such an unconventional idea, it would likely result in electoral victory for the Democrats as the GOP members would be running on a unity ticket.
On the panel, journalist Tara Palmeri raised concerns about potentially alienating the core of the Democratic party, which includes black women.
'She's a woman of color,' Maher replied — referring to Haley.
'But black women are the core of the Democratic party,' Palmeri pushed back.

At least some leftist recognize what a disaster a president kamala harris would be, and would rather stick with biden than promote harris for president.
while others acknowledge democrates care more about blacks than any other ethnic group.
It would be a great way to suppress black vote, maybe Maher is a double agent.

Such a move by ANY republican joining Biden’s ticket would make even Mike Pence look loyal.
Haley and Biden both have the same agenda and republicans don’t vote for Haley so it wouldn’t be a unity ticket
Besides, we who have a brain already knew that she was a Dam at heart.

Biden has no interest in bridging the divide between the political parties. He and his policies increase the divide — by intent.
I don’t know if dumping Harris for Nikki Haley would stop black women from voting for Biden, but if you wanted to try, that sounds like a really efficient way to do it.

That would be a net loss for Biden - he’d infuriate a substantial portion of his base in exchange for Haley’s paltry following of never-Trumper RINOs who are most likely going to vote for Biden anyway.
Even Biden doesn’t want to go lower with the IQ at the VP position. Nikki is a lighweight compared to Kamala.
She won exactly one more Primary that Chris Christie, what makes Nikki Haley part of anyone’s dream ticket?
There would be a chance that Joe The Closer might not make it through the whole term, and a hated Republican would ascend to the Seat of Swamp Power.
