Public corruption. State criminal statues provide prison terms depending on the severity of the offense.

Wade got more than $650,000 in billing from Willis and left little information in his invoicesLittle information??? How about no information about his "work".

Fani Willis paid 'lover' Nathan Wade almost DOUBLE the salary of his colleagues and met Kamala Harris before indicting Trump, defense lawyer says in bombshell testimony about the 'affair' and their 12,000 text messages It's a Black Thing. Just 'cause you don't understand that, don' make it illegal.

I bet that other people in the office love that. Isn’t that the definition of hostile work environment/sexual harassment?

To me the most damning part of all this was the communications with the Biden Admin. That is definitely unethical.

How many text messages did that little creep Peter Strzok send that bucked tooth lawyer?

Asleigh Merchant did a great job today of detailing the antics of the Wade and Willis crime duo.
Since Merchant was able to describe the events without being interrupted by the opposing lawyers, as was the case in the court proceeding, I recommend folks watch this Senate hearing to get an overall picture of the Wade/Wallis corruption.

The Georgia AG is not caught with her hands in the “Cookie Jar.” Willis is caught standing over the broken cookie jar, scooping all the cookies to give to her honey who has been banging her with uncontrolled desire? She should be disbarred as well as Wade.
Fitting, would be fines and prison time.
If our justice system’s credibility is not important enough to punish this horny couple, we are headed for a broken country.

It’s now obvious what Fani was doing, besides persecuting Trump just because she hates him. She was rewarding her fellow black attorneys and paying the white ones much less. Just lookin’ out fo da bruthas and sistas (especially one particular brutha). That shouldn’t be surprising, though, because it’s just SOP in any black-run big city or county, or like in this case an office within it. That whole Fulton County DA’s office is corrupt from top to bottom. It should be dismantled and rebuilt, and Fani and Wade should be in jail. The more details we hear from Ashleigh Merchant, the more felonies it appears these two have committed. Hope the IRS was listening today, for one.
And then we had the additional dimension of finding out much more info about the level of collusion going on between the White House and Fani/Wade. Not that this should surprise any of us, but it became much clearer today that the White House was likely coordinating every one of these legal attacks against Trump, and taking advantage of easily-corrupted DAs to do it.

I have not been able to follow this closely.
Why weren’t the phones subpoenaed to view the text message contents?
If they deleted the messages then it could be obstruction.
