On Tuesday’s broadcast of CBS’s “Late Show,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) said that he worries that people don’t understand how bad a Trump presidency will be, and one example is that Trump “will work with the fossil fuel industry to increase oil production,” and that will say “that the fight against climate change has basically been lost.”
Sanders said, “[W]hat I am concerned about is I think that many people don’t understand what a Trump presidency will look like, and it will be a disaster, not only for our country, but I think for the world. And if you…look at the issues, and I don’t want to rattle them all off, but take something like climate change, every sane person on this earth understands that the world is getting warmer. Right now, in Texas, there’s a terrible forest fire, the worst they’ve ever had. We’ve seen fires all over the world, heat waves, storms, unprecedented. Truth is, Trump doesn’t even believe in the concept of climate change, will work with the fossil fuel industry to increase oil production, etc. And that will send a signal all over the world that the fight against climate change has basically been lost. And I wonder what kind of planet our kids and grandchildren will inherit.”

Here in Florida the temperature quite often rapidly drops in the late afternoon.
The CO2 in the atmosphere is not preventing those rapid drop offs.
If the planet is warming, it is not because of atmospheric CO2.
He says that like it’s a bad thing.
Trump could use Sanders for commercials without editing.

I am not concerned about the dishonest ramblings of a Anti-Americsn leftist multi-millionaire like Sanders, but that this despot represents Vermont in the Senate is extremely disturbing.
Energy Independence? Prosperity? Having the ENERGY in our economy to help us ADAPT to a changing climate that we can do NOTHING to shift one way or another...

I get so angry reading the announcements of leftist idiots about climate change. This moron is referring to a forest fire in Texas. Anyone who takes a single weather event or a fire or flood or anything like it and tells you that it proves the Earth is warming is an absolute liar and they probably know it.
He deliberately used the fire in Texas and not the much more horrific one in Hawaii.
There WILL be “Climate Change” - just not the one that the secular Globalists preach to fools - but a very REAL ONE that they OUGHT to be concerned about. For that DAY is coming and it that events are hastening.
Just wait until THIS REAL Global Warming actually occurs. THIS is the one they SHOULD be concerned about:

Precisely. And he said this on television. He’s got a pretty modern lifestyle, for someone who thinks he can live as a caveman.
Also, it occurred to me that increased oil production will strengthen the withering dollar. It kind of gives away the goal of the Left, when all of their policies align with the destruction of America.
