Once you play that game, it opens the door to Trump as president signing an EO to prosecute everyone who allowed or forced Illegal Immigration upon the US. Every politician, NGO, Gov, Mayor, etc., could be charged with Insurrection or Treason or both. Then they can be disappeared just like J6 pawns. Imagine President Biden, Anthony Blinkin dispearing into the Gulags as prisioners without names, without numbers, never to be charged or to see the light of day.

its not legal to target one person with legislation. The US Costitution explicitly prohibits congress from making “bills of attainder”...which was the term at the time for precisely that.
