All it shows is that the CIA cooperated with Ukraine in spying on Russia. Big deal! Everyone spies on everyone; and everyone knows it. If anything, the article shows that it was Ukraine that sought out CIA help, not the CIA that sought out Ukraine. Nice spin though. That is all that it is, Russian spin.
