Man Who Fatally Ran Over Mom And Daughter Freed On Bail By Soros-Backed Judge

A man accused of killing a mother and daughter after running them over with his vehicle has been released on bail.

...

According to court documents, Monte Henderson, 22, was freed from custody on Friday morning after posting $20,000 of his $200,000 bail.

REPORT: The judge who released the Missouri man out on a $20k bond who killed a mother & her daughter, is linked to Soros.

Shocker.

...

On February 14th, while driving in St. Louis, Missouri, Henderson ran a red light and struck the two women

...

In horrifying surveillance footage, Henderson’s car was captured racing through the intersection, slamming into another vehicle, and then striking the two victims.

“Data retrieved from the Jeep Grand Cherokee indicated that the vehicle was traveling at speeds in excess of 70 mph before violating the red traffic signal,” police noted in court records.

...

Bracero was declared dead at the scene and her daughter reportedly passed away after she was taken to the hospital,

...

According to charging documents, St. Louis police officer Matthew Wieczorek said that the driver should be held in custody because he believed that Henderson would not show up for his summons.

However, Judge Annette Llewellyn disapproved of the decision to make him post 10% of his bond

...

Llewellyn was one of the first employees of Democrat St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who was forced to resign from office in May 2023 due to her soft-spoken views against violent offenders.

With Henderson’s bail being the most recent example, Llewellyn has infuriated some critics by adopting a similarly lenient stance to her former boss since departing Soros-backed Gardner’s office and joining the bench in 2018.

Doh. This is a judge, not a DA.

Certainly not casting blame on the victims, but why in the Hell would anyone attend a rap concert when there’s going to be ferals all around.
Start taking Scott Adams’ advice and just get the F away from them.

In America (of the past) this would be, in some respects, good news for the victim’s family...

Vile scum like this would be tracked down by the victim’s family members and given a slow and painful death...

Unfortunately, here in serfdom, the murderer will walk free and kill many more times...

So the judge disapproved of him having to pay 10% of the bail? So does that mean he never paid the bail?

Another black female judge with an attitude and no brains. Seems like there is an endless supply of them.

Soros sure knows who to push money at. Dumb, racist, and affirmative action "qualified". This release of this turd is disgraceful.

Democrats in every instance of murder fight for the cashless bail, quick release and right to vote for perpetrators.

Because they share values.

"Yes, track down the judge. She’s now just as guilty as the perp!"

Judges, District Attorneys, Attorney Generals, should all be held criminally responsible for any crimes committed by the violent offenders they release right back onto the street. These people have blood on their hands, but are never held accountable. I'd like to see the actual statistics for how many times this has happened in the U.S.

“This is a very tragic accident, Monte is a very upstanding young man; involved in academics and sports,” Henderson’s attorney said in a statement.

"Academics" = "Grievance Studies."

"Sports" = hot-rodding.

When those who protect these animals are held responsible in a personal financial and career damaging way than this will stop.

Ironically, the judge was originally appointed by Eric Greitens in 2018.

“...Kim Gardner, who was forced to resign from office in May 2023 due to her soft-spoken views against violent offenders.j”

Her ‘soft-spoken views’ were not why she was forced to resign. Years of bad official behavior were topped off when Gardner was caught attending nursing school classes while she was supposed to be working in the prosecutor’s office.
