I watched much of the hearing today in Fulton County.

The judge was very good. The witness was eviscerated.

Try as he might, the fact is that there is a circle of liars about when Willis-Wade began their affair, including Willis-Wade.

This on top of past testimony about the use of cash (intended to prevent tracking), the number of and dates of their dalliances, and the effort to change the timeline to coverup Willis hiring Wade when they were having an affair.

And this is only the beginning.

The White House and the DA's office were in communication. And now there's a report that an operative was planted in the DA's office by the White House.

They’ll try to protect Fani, and even if they can’t, they won’t drop the case.

“And the judge is totally corrupted as hades”

I have the same feeling. Maybe he’s not corrupt 100% overall in his daily life. But in this case, it’s iffy. He worked for Fani. He donated to her campaign. Blacks are the mafia there in GA. He wants to live to see another day.

Why was Wade even allowed in that courtroom today? Why wasn’t Fani sitting at the court house when her boyfriend testified. No she was in her office pacing and knew exactly when to run over. Prosecutors didn’t even want her testifying.

There is no US justice system.

It’s ‘just US’.

Because the judge had heard in camera testimony from Bradley I think he was trying to do everything he legally could do to get the lawyers to ask the right questions. He was giving them a great deal of leeway to get their questions out.
The streamer, GoodLawgic, I was watching was ranting at the lawyers to ask certain questions. I don’t think it mattered because Bradley was just going to say, I don’t recall.

Wake up people. If this isn’t nipped in the bud, we are going to be overrun with DEI government officials who are destroying this country while they are getting rich.

No it wasn’t Wade and Bradley. That discussion was about a friend of Bradley’s that he referred to as his Fraternity brother which usually means they went to the same school and in the same frat house. They just happened to be in the same fraternity at different law schools.

Who called wade a weasel?

\/
. as i corrected myself...

he didnt directly call bradley a weasel

“well,, he said his answers were weasel answers.”

the attorny was trying to pin bradley down in his answers and he charachterised the answeres as weasel words , something to that effect, but the word weasel was used.

It looks like both sides can argue that Bradley has been impeached and is of no use to either side.

Interesting. The cynic in me wonders if he was intentionally trying to get himself impeached and have all of his testimony stricken.

He was just providing Fanny Willis with all the rope needed to make the rope she could use to hang herself with. And she did a fantastic job of it, too.

There’s at least one thing missing from the story about Jeff Disantis, the brain behind Fani Willis:

Disantis owns 20/20 Insight; since 1/1/21, 20/20 Insight has received more than $2.3 million just from federal campaign committees, including the Senate Majority PAC, according to FEC records.

This is a violation of Fulton County personnel laws.

https://redstate.com/jenvanlaar/2024/02/27/theres-more-than-one-dnc-plant-in-fani-willis-office-and-this-one-is-married-to-a-top-ga-politician-n2170678

“There’s More Than One DNC Plant in Fani Willis’ Office, and This One Is Married to a Top GA Politician”

“In May 2022, right around the time Willis seated a grand jury to investigate Donald Trump, a new part-time employee showed up at the office. Her title was innocuous enough: Records and Documents Supervisor. But this wasn’t your average bureaucratic employee, and she didn’t work as a records and documents supervisor. The new hire, Pallavi Purkayastha, is a DNC Member, one of the top leaders in the Georgia Democrat Party, and in reality performs spokesperson/comms duties. Indeed, she is the spokesperson cited in response to a recent court filing by defendant Michael Roman alleging an improper romantic relationship between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

In addition, at the time she was hired she was the fiancee of (and is now married to) Charlie Bailey, the 2022 Democrat nominee for Lieutenant Governor, and chairs a local PAC called Red Clay Democrats.”

It looks like both sides can argue that Bradley has been impeached and is of no use to either side.

IMHO, that only matters in a jury trial. This hearing is before the judge, who already knows what's going on.

I believe the judge thinks the fact that the prosecution was trying to impeach its own witness means that Bradley knows the affair began before Willis and Wade said it did.

The prosecution lawyers are playing a jury's game. All the objections, "asked and answered," and all that can't erase what the judge heard and saw. The judge can "strike" whatever he wants, but I think he's still going to rule that the evidence is overwhelming that there was a conflict-of-interest in the DA's office that disqualifies them from proceeding further on this case.

They all know that all the judge needs is one piece of evidence to suggest that the affair began before Wade was hired to link Wade's hiring to a conflict-of-interest, then Wade's high pay and vacations become an enrichment scheme, then sleeping with the boss becomes a hostile work environment, and so on.

And... I don't think the judge is going to require proof that is "beyond reasonable doubt" on a case this high-profile. The judge is going to want to ensure that the people bringing such a novel RICO case against a former President (and the poll-leading opposition candidate in the upcoming election), his lawyers, and his aides, are of the highest repute. He will use the "reasonable person" standard of proof, meaning was there enough evidence for a reasonable person to conclude that there was an affair going on.

I think most people who have watched the hearing will conclude yes, there is.

Watergate was child's play compared with what is happening now.

I think all three, Willis, Wade and Bradley must have slept right through the ethics course in law school.
