Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has officially announced her plans to step down next month.

McDaniel, 50, who has held the post for seven years, said she plans to resign on March 8.

“Some of my proudest accomplishments include firing Nancy Pelosi, winning the popular vote in 2022, creating an Election Integrity Department, building the committee’s first small dollar grassroots donor program, strengthening our state parties through our Growing Republican Organizations to Win program, expanding the Party through minority outreach at our community centers, and launching Bank Your Vote to get Republicans to commit to voting early,” she said in a statement to the New York Times Monday.

...winning the popular vote in 2022

Sums it up right there. You were supposed to preside over a huge win and instead barely got there. Plus I had to figure out that she was talking about winning back the House.

Getting rid of Chairwoman Lardbutt Maximus is a good step, but it's only a good first step. In a dry run for the next installment of PDJT, every single GOPe lackey in the RNC has to be tossed out the same day. None of this continuity BS we hear—that the RATS never hear when they come in and immediately remove every US attorney in the country. You do not have continuity leaving enemies entrenched and like the executive branch, the RNC is full of Never Trumper enemies.

Good, get out and take your expensive spending habits and poor results and just go away.

Really! This is dragging on like we’ve got all the time in the world.

Uniparty is just running out the clock on Trump.

Note the last bit about early voting.

Deep State just lives eay voting, doesn’t it.

Early voting help Deep State by helping it figure out how much it needs to steal.

If you’re able bodied and are loyal to our former republic...

Get your butt to the pols on Election Day.

Voting early only helps Deep State.

Now the Turtle is next.

Because of what I believe was a McConnell poison pill by making sure Andy Beshear got reelected in Kentucky, the best we can hope for with McConnell is to move him out of the leadership and no longer in control of the NRSC. If he resigns, Beshear will appoint a RAT and then matters are worse.

I understand the "get rid of them all" sentiment, but the distinguishing issues in assessing political party staff are competence, loyalty, and do you have a replacement ready. The last thing that you want is to have open slots as you go into an election season, struggling to find capable people willing to live and work long hours in Washington D.C. for salaries that usually cover little more than immediate living expenses.

Under those conditions, it is harder than you can imagine to build a good, reliable political team. Like a mid-season head coach hire, you tend to get stuck doing the best that you can with the people already there.

“willing to live and work long hours in Washington D.C. for salaries that usually cover little more than immediate living expenses.”

Good point.

How about moving the operation to a friendly low cost of living state?
