There’s no need for a warrant if they got the information directly from the mobile phone carriers.

What was the big deal with daddy saying we always keep cash. Everyone else does, too.

And paying $400 cash for a wine tasting..would be no big deal if you're carrying vacation money. So she paid for her room separately?? lol

Fani Willis’ father testified 2/15 in court WRT the Wade/Willis affair. Dad knew a lot about Fani’s cash stash, threats and protests against Fani and him, and that she also had a live-in boyfriend around 2009.

But he testified he didn’t know about her relationship with prosecutor Wade “until recently.”

So basically, Fanni, her Black panther dad, and that guy pretending to be Sgt. Schultz all perjured themselves.

If Fanni is allowed to continue this 'trial', it puts an exclamation point behind lawless government.

I’m sure the Lawfare criminals running all of this are getting very concerned about too much diversity within their ranks. I’m not trying to be racist, just noting these two blacks must be the about the stupidest “lawyers” in the country.

Willis moved outy of her house in January 2021.

Wade was hired in Novemeber.

The father remained in the house. No wonder he never bumped into Wade....Dadddy and daughter were not living at the same place.

Everything Willis has done against Trump should be totally stricken from the record.

great, ty. you would think these phone records would absolutely be submitted to the court; it is direct evidence that they are BOTH liars.

I don’t believe anything they say. As far as the $400 for the wine tasting...There really should be a record of the “cash” transaction.

Merchant told the judge during the hearing that she had subpoenaed that information and was waiting on it from the cell company. This should be interesting.

On a side note, the oral arguments at SCOTUS on the Fischer case (Whether the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit erred in construing 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c), which prohibits obstruction of congressional inquiries and investigations, to include acts unrelated to investigations and evidence) is scheduled for April 16. For some reason, I thought oral arguments has already taken place but I must have been thinking of another case.

I believe this further delays Jack Smith’s cases against Trump since he has to wait for the SCOTUS decision in order to proceed with he obstruction charge against Trump.

I’ve made a note on my calendar so I can post a thread on that date in case anyone wants to listen to the oral argument.

Okay, back to your regularly scheduled corruption in Fulton County.

Testimony may be over, but the pursuit of perjury charges may just be getting started. I agree with the O.P. — bring on the popcorn.

The record has not been closed and there may be other responses to subpoenas still pending. Also, the question as to whether Bradley can be questioned further or is fully protected by attorney/client privilege has yet to be decided. The judge wants to question him in chambers to determine the issue but Wade’s attorneys are objecting to that in chambers questioning.
