The Czech Republic has found about 800,000 artillery shells of NATO and Soviet-era caliber that can be shipped to Ukraine in a few weeks.
However, for this, funding must be secured quickly.
Czech President Petr Pavel stated this during a debate at the Munich Security Conference.
According to the Czech President, the country’s representatives managed to find about 500,000 155-mm artillery shells and 300,000 122-mm shells abroad.
He added that they could be transported to Ukraine in a matter of weeks if funding is secured quickly.

Just to interrupt your infamously Putin-loving interjections, but a 155mm HE projectile weighs 9 pounds and doesn't include its 31 pound powder canister and fuze.
While we're at it, the 122mm HE does weigh in the neighborhood of 50 pounds, it also requires its powder canister - so it will likely be closer to 65 pounds all up.
Never served in artillery, didja?

That was 96 pounds per NATO-standard 155mm HE... My darn “6” key sticks.

Like I said, poor record keeping and forgotten stores of weapons and ammunition.
It happens all over the world.

I learned yesterday that Ecuador is providing old arms to Ukraine. The old out dated and possibly Russian arms will be replaced by new and up to date American products.
I suspect the same procedure is being carried out by the Chech’s.

That’s pretty smart on your part, not shooting off Ethiopian 155mm in your back yard. But then again, you’re not a young Uke soldier about to be mauled by Russian artillery because Uke counter battery artillery is out of ammo, are you. Most of this NATO stuff will good old American manufactured and originally American bought or subsidized.

So-o-o-o-o it's not a European problem after all. It's that some "unnamed" sucker should pay the Czech Republik for assisting their ostensibly European neighbor....
It's all about money. At this point, extortion.

The Russians are uncontested in the skies over eastern Ukraine
No they're not
That's why Russia relies on barrages of missiles ... because they're scared of their planes being shot down
That's why this war enters Year 3 next week

Oh my. We were all so worried about you and your platoon of cowards last night as none of you showed up.
We understand. You finally caught your breath running from Adivka.
How ‘bout a couple of y’all grab a couple of Czech rounds and lug them to the front.😂🤡

I propose that we trade the northern USA for Southern Russia. I will even throw in Chapel Hill NC.

That’s because the Ukes used to have plenty of munitions for their air defense systems. TODAY, yesterday and last week, they did not. Have you been watching the aerial bombardment of Avdiivka? Those 500, 1000, and 1500 kg bombs are NOT missiles. They are air launched (within Patriot range) Russian KAB glide bombs.

and glide bombs mean they’re launched well within the safety of Russian airspace
Russia doesn’t control Ukraine, in any sense ... even after 2 years

"You really should read the articles before you post them and make disparaging remarks. It says the Czechs managed to find the ammunition abroad, meaning in other countries, with no indication it’s already “in theater”. The Czechs have been searching around the globe for ammo that could be purchased and sent to Ukraine to help them defeat the invading orc army. Good catch.
I clicked through and read the whole article. It does specify that these shells are located in non-European countries.
My two cents is this is to put pressure on the US House of Representatives to authorize funding for Ukraine.

Avdiivka was done in the same movie studio the moon landings were done? Im glade you’ve finally acknowledged that Crimea and Donbas are Russian territory now. I’ll give you some feedback. As you watch the NATO rats nest of Quislings in Kiev fall apart and the Uke military collapse, you seem to be getting more unhinged. Watch some video of Baghdad Bob. Notice how he seems to be in control. Slow delivery, eyes straight ahead as if his BS was true. Try that style as this neocon CF careens out of control for you. No Charge.

Maybe I was wrong. Maybe with all those NATO F-16s the Ukes are flying they do control the skies. Har! Har! Har!
