If the judge decides that Bradley and Wade’s “attorney-client privilege” is out the window, this trial will pivot entirely to all that Bradley knows. And given his insider view of things and how desperate Willis and Wade are to stop him, he must know an awful lot more than Robin Yeartie, Willis’ former “good friend” and past employee at the DA’s office.

Willis has blown this with her own arrogance and hubris.

After her insane testimony and abuse of power, the Judge has a lot less leeway

The judge let her get away with blathering irrelevancies rather than answering questions. An unbiased judge would have stopped her. I think he will let her off the hook.

I am guessing that the in camera hearing must have been what really terrified the prosecution.

Keep in mind this was a defense witness that absolutely did not want to testify. It was bewildering because I was watching the hearing and felt that the aggressive thrusts by the various defense attorneys had all failed to penetrate the attorney client privilege protections. It seemed as if Bradley would be released without giving up the Fani.

But then the prosecution pillaged Bradley and laid him bare before the judge as not being a credible witness. The defense objected that the prosecution had even exceeded the boundaries allowed under Rule 608b.

The defense table popped champagne as they realized that what the defense failed to achieve over the two days with this witness had been accomplished in 7 minutes of cross by the prosecution.

The judge commented that he and Bradley would have to explore the matter further to discern if Bradley would be allowed to claim attorney client privilege as broadly as he had done.

I would encourage everyone to smoke ‘em if you got ‘em because this was not the ending. It is just an intermission.

When she was asked if she slept with Wade the first night, she said that the question was offensive and “It’s a lie.” She did not testify that it was false, so she can’t be prosecuted for perjury. Someone can be lying by asserting something that he believes to be false or does not know to be true. He may be lying, but the fact that he asserted may still be true. The judge did not call her on that issue.

The lesson of the week is that vindictibe and racist Black women have weaponized the law. In so doing they have attacked the very fabric of the Republic.

These Black women criminals have forfeited their right to exist committing by acts that destroy the Republic.

Far more important,IMO,are the meetings that the Fulton County people had with The Big Guy's Department of Just Us in DC. They call into serious question the legitimacy of the charges in Georgia *and* the legitimacy of everything that's happening in DC...the charges in Miami, the charges in DC,and the decision not to charge The Big Guy for keeping classified documents in a garage next to an old Corvette.

There can be no doubt that thorough investigations of "Jack Smith" *and* Garland are now in order.

The young, inexperienced judge will bend to charges of racism, I predict.

And who’s the idiot claiming Willis wore her dress backwards ? That accusation makes our side look like foolish racists. Willis is in photos with other front-zip dresses, and if worn backwards do not remotely comport to female contours.

That is, however, the extent of any positive comments I can find for Willis.

Buck up, judge.

He also indirectly admitted that he paid the employee who accused him.

Has he been Indicted for paying this hush money? Where is the AG? US Attorney?, he admitted to PAYING HUSH MONEY and needs to be prosecuted. See Stormy Daniels

The case is NOT about having an affair. It is about using the prosecution to funnel huge sums of money to her lover so he’ll take her on trips and have sex with her. And then LYING UNDER OATH. Along with using cash to conceal the crime of getting kick-backs!

Both Willis and Wade insisted that their relationship started in 2022, after Wade was hired.

That should be the biggest and most damning takeaway from the hearing!

Fani Willis should be removed for sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment!

This used to be called a "hostile work environment" in any other office setting where the boss is sleeping with an underling. Look at the power disparity between the District Attorney of Atlanta and a contract lawyer with no felony trial experience.

What are the other workers supposed to assume when the person who is sleeping with the boss is given the prime job assignment at an elevated level of pay? The "hostile work environment" is one where the other workers come to believe that their own career advancement opportunities are stifled because they're not sleeping with the boss.

In any other office situation, the boss would be taken to HR and severely disciplined, if not outright fired for such behavior. A higher standard is expected when the power of the position is higher in the organization.

If Willis wanted to have a "private life" with Wade, she was obligated to release Wade from his contract and then pursue a romantic relationship with him outside of their office responsibilities.

The power disparity between the DA and a contractor is too great to be anything other than a textbook definition of sexual harassment, if only because it harasses the other workers in the office who are forced to accept it as normal despite what their own private morality beliefs might be.

Willis should be fired solely for engaging in sexual harassment at the workplace.
