I have been there. Place was well-staffed with guards. When 2 of my sisters and I - 3 old ladies -were standing in front of the display, we felt like the guard was preparing to grab one of us for breathing too close to the case.

At first it looks as though the Yangs aren’t going to be any better to the Kohms than the Kohms were to them. However, it transpires that the Yangs’ holy document is the American Constitution, garbled through centuries of oral tradition; Kirk recognizes the words, and ends the conflict by giving a stirring speech about equality...

Given the “reverance” - remember Gandhi, we have toward political protest. Guards are pretty limited in their ability to respond. With this administration even more so!

This isn’t legitimate protest. An attempt to damage the Constitution is a criminal act. They should have been dealt with harshly. Otherwise the “guards” are useless eyewash.

Agree! But the guards can only do what they are allowed to do. If they did a proper response. They would certainly lose their jobs and likely be in criminal jeopardy.
