Only if the GOP is actively working to prevent (or minimize) fake ballots being counted. There is little evidence that the GOP even plans on trying to win in 2024.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to identify fake ballot after the paper ballot is separated from the envelope. Only the outer envelope has identifiable information. Ballot itself has none.

Mailin does not equal absentee. In most states, even out thisaway in CaCaLand the latter requires ID.

Are you certain any ballots get counted? I have had them call to verify it was me because my signature had evolved over the years and no longer matched, followed by them sending a new signature card out. So I at least know they’re looking at the envelope.
