I was taught in 8th grade Civics class, that all spending bills MUST originate in the House; therefore the Senate bill is UN-Constitutional on its face and can not become law.....but i guess the rules have changed in America 2.0 / Obama’s america.

If there is a discharge petition he need to call the bill The America Last bill, have a roll call vote and after each name ask how they vote on America Last.

A Majority of GOP Senators voted America First.
A Minority voted America Last.
